Regardless, lets talk about what's up! Nothing. Thus, the whole lotta nothing posts from me. I might be able to crap out more somethings over on my blog about A-bomb, but it'll mostly be of the nature, "OMG he's growing up and is a monster! No, really, he's huge! But a sweetie sugar-pie!" So, I'll spare you more...unless you want to be tortured, then, well, the link has been posted. Enter at your own risk.
However, I must say I'm much looking forward to the return of Game of Thrones. Admittedly, I CANNOT finish the first book. I just can't. The first season of Game of Thrones and the first book are, so far as I've made it in the book, SO SIMILAR that I have little to no motivation to actually finish it. It doesn't even matter that a friend at work told me that the show mixes, at the end, a little of the first book and second, nor does it matter that it seems the whole night shift are reading the series (though I'm now day shift, usually if everyone is reading a series and enjoying it, I get on board, too!). I'm still going to try when I'm done reading the sorta crappy one I downloaded...but, usually, I don't leave books half read. (I say half read because I haven't yet for the life of me been able to read The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo. I KNOW its amazing, blah blah blah, I just haven't been able read it past the prologue or whatever, yet). Back to my point, I'm looking forward to the show again. The second season was meh, the first season ended wonderfully, and I have high hopes for this season. If it is meh again, I might be out. I have been struggling to watch any tv I want to watch lately, anyways, so, I guess I'll miss out if Season 4 heats up in the future (which I won't really unless HBO gets rid of HBO GO, and I sincerely doubt that, so I'll just play catch up).
I've taken a leave of absence from school. I just have too many responsibilities that were unforeseen (like bills, planning for exciting family events upcoming, stuff like that) come up and my schooling suffered. So, I'm taking a break. I hope to be getting back into it all in the Fall, but we'll see. In the mean time, I'm trying to see this freer time I have as a blessing and work on finally finishing and submitting my clinical ladder (I can make $4 more an hour! WHY HAVEN'T I DONE THIS????) and maybe dabbling in some hobbies, or Pinterest inspired activities, or just farting around on WoW or more with Ash-meister.
In the effort to not make this an epic sized post of me ranting and raving about, quite literally, the nothing going on right now, I'm out. Of course, with the courtesy of pictures!
